We accept various forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and debit card. We also accept various insurance plans such as CareSource, Molina, United Healthcare, Paramount, Ohio Buckeye, and Ohio Medicaid.

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For an adult appointment (ages 18+), call 216.368.8730.
